Download the 998jl app and take the full platform with you. Fish games, live casino, sports betting, slots, and more — all running in Philippine Peso, right from your Android or iOS device.
Both Android and iOS are fully supported. The 998jl app gives you native-speed access to the entire platform — no browser required.
Install the 998jl app directly on your Android phone or tablet. The APK is available from the 998jl platform after you log in to your account — no third-party app store required.
iPhone and iPad users can access the 998jl platform through the mobile-optimised browser experience, which delivers the same full feature set as the dedicated Android app.
To get your Android APK download link, log in to your 998jl account and navigate to the App section from your account dashboard. iOS users can add the 998jl site to their Home Screen from Safari for a near-native app experience.
The 998jl app isn't a stripped-down version of the platform. You get the full game library, the same live casino tables, the complete sportsbook, and your account dashboard — everything exactly as it is on desktop.
All fish game titles including Golden Dragon and Ocean King work smoothly on mobile touch screens.
Video slots with free spin rounds and jackpot features load fast and display correctly on any screen size.
Live baccarat, roulette, and blackjack stream in real time. The live feed runs cleanly over mobile data.
Full sportsbook access including live in-play betting on PBA, boxing, football, and esports markets.
Access your PHP cashier directly in the app. GCash, Maya, and bank transfer all work from mobile.
Check your balance, review transaction history, manage settings, and contact support — all in-app.
The dedicated 998jl Android app loads faster than a mobile browser because it skips the overhead of rendering a full website. Navigation is smoother, live casino streams buffer less, and the touch controls for fish games feel more responsive.
For iOS users, adding 998jl to your Home Screen via Safari gives a very similar experience — it launches full-screen without browser chrome and behaves like a native app.

If you look at how most Filipinos use the internet, the phone comes first. Whether you're in Quezon City commuting on the MRT, on a break at the office in Makati, or relaxing at home in Cebu, your phone is within arm's reach. That's just the reality of how people live and consume content in the Philippines. The 998jl app is built with that in mind — so that getting into a fish game session or placing a PBA bet mid-afternoon is as quick as opening any other app on your phone.
The platform itself runs 24/7 and the app mirrors that. Whether it's two in the afternoon or two in the morning, the live casino tables are running, the sports markets are available, and the fish game lobby is open. There's no downtime window that forces you to plan around a desktop session. Play when it suits you, deposit in PHP, and withdraw to GCash or Maya when you're ready — all without leaving the app.
Fish games are the category where a native app experience makes the most noticeable difference. The touch controls for aiming and shooting feel significantly more natural in the 998jl Android app compared to a browser window. The precision of touch input on a screen you're holding in your hands is actually better suited to the point-and-shoot mechanics of fish games than a mouse on a desktop. Players who make the switch from browser to the app often notice the difference immediately.
Titles like Golden Dragon and Ocean King involve tracking multiple targets across the screen simultaneously, timing your shots, and managing your firepower budget in real time. All of that translates well to mobile. The screen size of a modern Philippine-market phone — most are 6 inches or above — gives you enough real estate to keep track of what's happening without the gameplay feeling cramped.
Live casino is the category that puts the most demand on your mobile connection. Streaming a live dealer table in real time requires a stable connection, and the 998jl app is optimised to deliver smooth playback even on a standard mobile data connection. If you're on Wi-Fi at home, you'll have zero issues. If you're playing on mobile data while out, a solid 4G connection is all you need.
The live casino categories available on mobile are the same ones on desktop — baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and more. Tables run continuously with Filipino-friendly bet ranges that make the experience accessible without being restrictive for players who want to place larger bets. The real-time nature of live casino means you're always watching a live video feed of a real dealer, not an animation — and on a phone screen that stream quality is more than adequate for a proper live gaming experience.
The sports betting section on the 998jl app is where a lot of Filipino users spend significant time, and it's easy to see why. Following a PBA game and placing live in-play bets while you watch is a natural combination. The app lets you monitor live odds, update your bets, and check your open tickets without switching to a browser or waiting for a page to reload.
Pre-match betting on upcoming PBA schedules, NBA games, boxing cards, volleyball tournaments, and esports events is all available from the same betting section. The app's navigation makes it quick to jump between sport categories, which matters when you're trying to check lines across multiple events before a slate kicks off. The full odds display and accumulator building tools are intact in the mobile version — nothing is removed to fit the screen format.
One concern some players have about mobile apps for gaming platforms is whether the deposit and withdrawal functions are as complete as on desktop. With 998jl, they are. Your cashier in the app gives you access to GCash deposits, Maya deposits, and Philippine bank transfer — all in PHP. The withdrawal process is the same too. Submit your withdrawal request from the app, confirm via OTP on your registered mobile number, and the payout processes to your linked account.
If you haven't completed KYC yet, doing it from mobile is straightforward — you can upload a photo of your Philippine ID directly from your phone's camera within the account verification section. Getting KYC done early means your first withdrawal processes without any extra hold-up. More information about the deposit process is available on the Deposit page.
The 998jl app uses the same SSL encryption that protects the desktop platform. Your login credentials, payment details, and account data are encrypted in transit. OTP verification is required for account actions like withdrawals, and because the OTP goes to your registered Philippine mobile number, someone would need both your password and your phone to access your account. That two-factor protection makes the mobile app a secure environment for managing your gaming balance.
If you lose or change your phone, log out of the app before transferring your device. If you ever believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact the 998jl support team immediately — they're available around the clock. Information about the full platform security structure is available on the Platform page.
