Signing up for 998jl is straightforward, but there are a few things worth understanding before you start. This isn't a platform for everyone — it's built specifically for Filipino players who want a local online gaming experience with PHP transactions, familiar payment methods, and a game library that speaks to what people in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and across the Philippines actually enjoy playing.
The minimum age requirement is 21 years old. This is a firm rule, not a formality. When you create your account, you're confirming that you meet this requirement. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you'll be asked to complete a quick KYC step using a valid Philippine government-issued ID — a National ID, PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license all work. This is a one-time process and is there to protect your account and ensure payouts go to the right person.
Each person is permitted one account only. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of the platform's terms and will result in account closure. If you've ever registered before and can't remember your details, contact the support team rather than creating a new account.
For deposits, 998jl accepts GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (InstaPay and online banking). All transaction amounts are in Philippine Peso — there's no currency exchange involved. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted. If you're accustomed to digital banking in the Philippines, the deposit process will feel familiar. Deposit amounts are subject to minimums and maximums that are shown clearly in the cashier when you top up.
After you register and deposit, the full range of 998jl games is available: fish shooting games, slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker. The sports betting section covers PBA, NBA, international football, boxing matches featuring Filipino fighters, volleyball, and esports — with both pre-match and in-play markets depending on the event.
One honest reminder before you get started: gaming on 998jl is entertainment. No game result is guaranteed, and no betting strategy produces consistent profits. Set a budget you're comfortable with before your first deposit, use the account tools to set deposit limits if you want extra structure, and treat any winnings as a welcome bonus rather than expected income. The Responsible Gaming page has more on the tools available to help you stay in control.
The 998jl support team is available around the clock if you run into any issues during registration, verification, or your first deposit. Reach out through live chat inside the platform or by email and someone will assist you promptly.
