Your 998jl account dashboard brings all your gaming activity and account tools into one place. Here's a quick look at what you'll find once you're in.

Logging in to 998jl is a straightforward process — enter your registered Philippine mobile number or username and your password, and you're in. If you're accessing the account from a new device for the first time, you'll be asked to complete an OTP verification using the mobile number linked to your account. This extra step is there to protect you, not slow you down, and it only happens on unfamiliar devices.
Once you're inside the account, your PHP balance is right there on the dashboard. Everything you've deposited and everything you've won is reflected accurately and updated in real time. If you're in the middle of a sports betting week — maybe following the PBA conference finals or keeping tabs on international football fixtures — your open bets and current odds are accessible the moment you log in, whether you're sitting at home in Manila, on your lunch break in Cebu, or anywhere else across the Philippines.
The platform is designed so that logging in on mobile and logging in on desktop gives you the same experience. The 998jl mobile app is the fastest way to get into your account on the go — download it from the App page and sign in with the same credentials you use on the website. There's no separate mobile account or separate mobile balance; it's all one account.
If you ever have trouble logging in — maybe you've forgotten your password, your mobile number has changed, or you're not receiving the OTP — don't create a new account. Contact the 998jl support team through live chat or by email and they'll help you recover access to your existing account. The support team is available around the clock and handles account recovery requests regularly.
A quick note on account security: never share your 998jl password with anyone, including people claiming to be from the platform. The 998jl team will never ask for your password. Use a password that's unique to 998jl — not the same one you use for your GCash, Maya, or email account. If you're ever concerned that someone else may have accessed your account, change your password immediately from the profile section and contact support right away.
One more thing worth keeping in mind: gaming responsibly starts with knowing where you stand financially. Before you open the cashier after logging in, take a moment to check your transaction history and current balance. The account history section shows exactly what you've deposited, what you've won, what you've lost, and what you've withdrawn. It's a straightforward way to keep your gaming activity in perspective. The Responsible Gaming page has more information on the tools available to help you manage your activity.
Every login attempt, every page you access, and every transaction you initiate is transmitted over an SSL-secured connection. Your data doesn't travel in plain text.
When your account is accessed from an unrecognised device, an OTP is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number before access is granted.
Inactive sessions are automatically signed out after a set period. This prevents unauthorised access if you close the app or browser without logging out manually.
Withdrawals require KYC verification using a Philippine government-issued ID. This ensures that only the account owner can receive funds.
If you suspect unusual activity on your account, the support team is available any hour of the day. Reach out immediately and the team can lock your account while the issue is investigated.
